In the interest of the safety and health of our Clients and our staff, as well as to continuously improve the quality of services provided, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the Service Provision Regulations in our facility before using them.

Clients of Osada na Budzowskim Wierchu are required to read the Service Provision Regulations before starting any baths or hot sessions and to comply with its provisions.

Using the services of Osada na Budzowskim Wierchu implies acceptance of the Regulations without the need for a signature.

1. Only healthy individuals or those whose ailments do not contraindicate the use of treatments may use the SPA zone. The rental provider is not responsible for any negative health effects resulting from being in the SPA Zone.

2. The following individuals are not permitted to use the SPA: those with heart disease, hypertension, post-stroke conditions, vascular diseases, inflammatory conditions of internal organs, infectious diseases, external dermatological conditions or bandages, fever, thyroid disease, epilepsy, children and adolescents under 18 without a guardian, and those under the influence of alcohol.

3. Pregnant women or those suspecting pregnancy should consult their doctor before visiting the SPA. High temperatures during the early months of pregnancy can cause serious fetal damage or miscarriage.

4. Users of the SPA are fully responsible for their own safety and the safety of others using the SPA Zone.

5. It is prohibited to stay in the SPA under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.

6. The owner is not responsible for any incidents resulting from the violation of these Regulations.

7. The following are prohibited in the SPA area:

   a. Climbing on structural elements of the tub, bath, sauna, and other equipment, and sitting in areas not designated for this purpose;

   b. Touching and tampering with electric heating devices, electrical boxes, combustion chambers, and stoves;

   c. Bringing and consuming alcohol;

   d. Smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes, and using other intoxicants;

   e. Bringing food, except in designated areas;

   f. Damaging and destroying equipment;

   g. Indecent behavior or behavior considered socially inappropriate or offensive: immoral or public nudity.
